SHIPPING POLICY
Please see individual listings for shipping information. We currently are only shipping to the United States and Canada (restrictions may be listed under the individual product listings).
Buyer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Additional shipping expenses resulting from errors in address details provided by the Buyer are the responsibility of the Buyer. If a shipping address is deemed invalid or in a region that is inaccessible and results in excessive shipping costs, Ride On Gear reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the Buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have ordered one of our products in error, please contact us immediately to request a return. RIDE ON GEAR accepts unopened product returns for up to 30 days from the time of purchase. Products must be sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and risk of loss.
